Know What to Expect
You want to know information about the property you have selected, clearly,
concisely and quickly.
Clearly The inspector should have excellent communication
skills.
Concisely You want information in plain language, with
familiar terminology, in an easy to read format that explains the age,
condition, life expectancy of major systems, including the maintenance of those
systems.
Quickly You want immediate information provided by an on-site
report. This gives you the time, if necessary, to seek advice from your agent,
attorney or other professionals.
We highly recommend that you accompany the inspector on the inspection; as
the inspector will discuss any defects, home maintenance and answer
any questions you may have.
Being there is worth a thousand words. For no extra charge, the inspector is
available by phone for any post inspection questions you may have.
