Know How To Schedule

1.	Call H.E.A. at 856-853-2838 days, evenings or weekends or E-mail at HomeEval@aol.com
2.	Write down your confirmed date and time.
3.	Please provide your e-mail address or fax number to accept contract, up to 24 hours prior to inspection, sign, and return the document or bring to the inspection.
4.	Please allow 2.5 to 3.5 hours for the inspector to evaluate and prepare a report with regards to:

	Roof
	Siding and Trim
	Windows and Doors
	Attic Framing, Insulation and Ventilation
	Kitchen and Baths
	Built-in Appliances

	Fireplace
	Interior Plumbing System
	Electrical System
	Heating, Cooling System
	Foundation
	Water Penetration
